Week 1

Phase 1 — Get clear

Before anything else, we sit with the actual problem. The one behind the deliverable you asked for.

We look at the product, the users you wish you had, the ones you already do, the competitors, the half built things in your drive, and the work that has to move first to make everything else easier.

By the end of the week, the path forward is on paper. So is the price.

Phase 2 — Make it real on screen

Then we narrow to one. The UI gets sharpened, the words get rewritten, the layouts adapt to real devices, and the team you hand it to can actually use it without us in the room.

Phase 3 — Build the actual thing

If you have already started elsewhere and it is messy, that is fine. We pick it up, untangle it, and make it production worthy.

We test it like users will. We fix the things only we notice. Copy gets one more pass, animation gets dialled in, the performance numbers get pushed up, and the small dev issues that always show up get closed out before anyone sees them.

Timelines move with the work. A focused landing page might be live in three weeks. A full product, a mobile app, or a heavy redesign takes a few months.
