KLIKO - CASE STUDY
All I Need Dubrovnik
A boat tour operator and accommodation host in Dubrovnik was losing a significant cut of every booking to platforms like Airbnb and Click & Boat. We built him a direct-booking website where guests pay him - not a middleman.
Challenge
Our client in Dubrovnik ran private boat tours along the Adriatic coast and rented out a penthouse and apartment in the city. Business was strong - but the numbers didn't reflect it. Airbnb took a cut of every accommodation booking. Click & Boat took a commission on every charter. He had no direct relationship with his guests, no control over pricing presentation, and no way to build repeat business. Every booking went through a platform that skimmed his earnings, owned the customer data, and dictated the rules. He needed a way to take back control.

Strategy
We approached this the way every good agency should - by listening first. We mapped out his entire business: five curated boat routes along the Dalmatian coast, a penthouse with panoramic Adriatic views, and a city-center apartment. Then we designed a single destination where all of it lives together. The website replaces every third-party listing with a direct channel. Guests browse tours, view accommodation, and book everything in one place - paying him directly. No commissions, no middlemen, no platform dependencies.

Brand
The brand identity for All I Need Dubrovnik was built around the idea of simplicity and trust. The name says it all - everything a visitor needs for their Dubrovnik trip, in one place. We created a new logo and visual system that feels premium but approachable, reflecting the warmth of local hospitality against the drama of the Adriatic coastline. The palette draws from sun-bleached stone, deep coastal blues, and Mediterranean warmth. Every touchpoint communicates: this isn't a faceless platform - it's a local host who knows these waters and this city personally.

Website
The website was designed to do what Airbnb and Click & Boat never could - tell his story and sell the full experience. Above the fold, visitors immediately see the dual offering: private boat tours and handpicked accommodation. Each boat route has its own detail page with itinerary, pricing, and direct booking. The penthouse and apartment are showcased with honest photography and transparent nightly rates. A reviews section pulls real guest feedback from Google and Tripadvisor. And critically, we built him a simple management page where he can update availability, pricing, and content himself - no developer needed.
Direct Booking
The core of the project was eliminating platform dependency entirely. We built a direct booking system where guests choose their boat tour or accommodation, select dates, and pay the owner directly - no Airbnb commission, no Click & Boat fees, no middleman markup. The booking flow is simple and fast: pick what you want, confirm, done. We also integrated a WhatsApp contact option for guests who prefer to ask questions before committing. The result is a frictionless path from discovery to booking that keeps every euro in the owner's pocket.
Outcome
What started as frustration with platform fees became a complete business transformation. We gave our client in Dubrovnik something no listing site ever would - full ownership of his brand, his bookings, and his revenue. Every guest now pays directly. And he has a website he can manage on his own terms.
The partnership with All I Need Dubrovnik delivered exactly what an independent operator needs - freedom from platforms and full control over his business.
