A full e-commerce webshop for Rego Keramika, a Dubrovnik, based handcrafted ceramics studio. Built to let customers browse, customise, and order directly, with real-time order tracking, size selection, and direct communication with the maker.
Rego Keramika is a handcrafted ceramics studio founded by Katija Bušlje Odoemelam in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Each piece is made by hand, from sculptural souvenirs to functional tableware — and sold directly to customers across Croatia and internationally. The brand needed a webshop that matched the craft and care that goes into every product.
We designed and built a full e-commerce experience for Rego Keramika that puts the product front and centre. Customers can browse the full catalogue, select sizes and variants, place orders directly, and communicate with Katija throughout the process. The result is a seamless buying experience that reflects the premium, handmade nature of the brand.

Handcrafted products carry a story and a level of craft that generic e-commerce templates fail to convey. The challenge was designing a webshop that felt as considered and personal as the products themselves, one that communicated quality and uniqueness without overwhelming the customer or overshadowing the work.
Unlike mass-produced goods, Rego Keramika products often come in multiple sizes and can be customised. Customers needed a clear way to select options, understand dimensions, and communicate specific requirements, without the process feeling complicated or technical.
Because each piece is made to order, customers needed visibility into where their order was in the production cycle. Without a status system, customer anxiety and support messages increase. Designing a clear, friendly order tracking flow was essential to maintaining trust and reducing friction.

We designed the webshop around the photography and craft of the products. Large imagery, clean layouts, and minimal distractions put the ceramics front and centre. Each product page includes size guides, dimensions, and material details so customers have everything they need to make a confident purchase.
We built a clear order status system that updates customers at each stage, om order received, through production, to ready for dispatch. Combined with a direct messaging feature, customers can reach Katija with questions or custom requests without leaving the platform, creating a personal and responsive buying experience.
The admin dashboard gives Katija complete control over her store, adding and editing products, managing stock levels, updating sizes and pricing, processing orders, and responding to customers. The system was designed to be operated independently, so the business can grow without relying on outside technical support.
