Rego Keramika had a product worth exporting and no digital infrastructure to do it. No brand system, no online store, no visual language that matched the quality of what their hands were making. They were invisible online in a market that buys with its eyes.

Strategy Description

We started by understanding the object before we touched the screen. Ceramic craft lives in texture, weight, and story so the strategy was to build a brand and platform that closes the gap between holding a piece and seeing it on a phone. Everything followed from that.

Brand

The identity needed to feel rooted without feeling rustic. We built a restrained visual system, clean typography, a considered palette, a logo that works at every scale, that positions Rego as a premium craft studio, not a souvenir shop.

Project Description

We designed and developed a full WooCommerce store on WordPress, with a custom animated header, editorial hero sections, and a product architecture organised around how people actually shop for handmade objects. Saint Blaise, their signature piece and the patron saint of Dubrovnik, anchors the storytelling throughout.

Project Outcome

Rego Keramika launched with a brand and platform built to scale beyond the local market. A Dubrovnik studio now has the digital presence to sell to anyone, anywhere and look like it was always meant to.
